From the initial “yes” to the day you both say ‘I do”, we are with you every step of the way to ensure that you have the signature wedding you’ve always dreamed of.

Wedding Management Package
Our premier 90-day take-over package is the ideal fit for the couple that has planned their own wedding and now needs us to lead them through the final phases when it gets it busiest. We gather all of your planning information, communicate with all of your vendors so that on the day of the wedding, we can execute it as if we were the ones who planned it from the beginning allowing you to relax and enjoy your wedding day.

- Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
- Assistance in designing ceremony and reception floor plan and layout

RSVP Management Package
Assistance with the proper invitation etiquette.
Manage the selection/design of wedding stationary (save the dates, invitations, programs and escort cards)
Save the date and Invitation assembly and mailing (postage not included)
Welcome Baskets
Assemble & deliver of welcome baskets/gift bags (not including items provided by bride and groom)
Will deliver multiple baskets up to 2 hotels.
Travel Package
Coordination of hotel stay
Arrange shuttle to and from hotel and venue

Rehearsal Dinner Package
Research and site visit the location of the rehearsal dinner.
Coordinate with location manager the table arrangement and pre-selected menu prior to dinner
